Our retail consultancy services are based on Rob’s personal experiences in retail, his personal experiences as a consultant, and his experiences working with other retailers, accountants and other professionals over a large number of years.

Financial Budgeting
(i) Buying budgets including sales budgets; stock and stockturn budgets; Open-To-Buy budgets; supplier support budgets and gross profit budgets
(ii) Profit and Loss projections; cashflow budgets; and employee and other expense budgets
We can present a financial package to your bank, new landlord, or other parties as required.
New Store Openings
Full business plans including store concept; SWOT analysis; site selection; lease negotiation; store layout and design; and the full financials including capital requirements.
Human Resources
(i) Assistance and advise in the recruitment process ( from position descriptions to advertising to interviewing to letters of employment ), staff rostering and performance management.
(ii) Staff training in both sales and management.
Advertising and Promotions
Advice and assistance in the planning of the advertising and marketing.
Store Layout and Merchandising
Advice and assistance in the planning of the store layout, to fixture selection, and in-store merchandising.
