Whilst many companies are reluctant to put their fees on their website, we are proud to do so as we believe they are very competitive and represent value.

A. Broking Fees

The broking fee is:-

  1. A flat fee of $10,500 (plus GST ) for all sales up to $250,000. This is a success fee and no fee is charged if no sale eventuates.
  2. A fee of 4.5% ( plus GST ) for all sales above $250,000. This is a success fee and no fee is charged if no sale eventuates.
  3. A “Business Assessment Fee” of $1,800 ( plus GST ) is charged if we gain the listing and complete the associated due diligence on the business including:
    – A financial and management assessment of the business
    – The Business Summary Pack document to provide to prospective purchasers.
    This fee is not based on a success or otherwise and is payable when the business is listed.
  4. Advertising at cost. Our client remits an agreed amount into the Realty Executives Trust Account at the time of taking the listing. The cost of advertising is drawn from this account as media invoices are received and paid and a copy of this invoice is sent to the client. Any funds that remain in the account after the completion of the sale are reimbursed. Realty Executives do not charge a fee for the time taken for the compilation of any advertising.

B. Property Sales Fee

Our fee for the sale of freehold land is:-

  1. A fee of 2.5% ( plus GST ) for all sales. This is a success fee and no fee is charged if no sale eventuates.
  2. Advertising at cost. Our client remits an agreed amount into the Realty Executives Trust Account at the time of taking the listing. The cost of advertising is drawn from this account as media invoices are received and paid and a copy of this invoice is sent to the client. Any funds that remain in the account after the completion of the sale are reimbursed. Realty Executives do not charge a fee for the time taken for the compilation of any advertising.
